    Description

    SC51F3364 bases on powerful SC51 CPU core, and embeds 64K-byte FLASH and 2K-byte RAM. It integrates high precision oscillator, comparator, voltage detector, carrier modulation and demodulation module and three configurable timers, which is very suitable for self-learning remote control.

                

    Features：

    8 bit SC51 CPU

    • Compatible with MCS51 instructions, dual DPTR; support software trap instruction.

    • Improved instruction structure, the execution time of 90% instructions is two to four clock cycles.

    On-Chip Memory

    • 64K-byte FLASH, data retention time > 10 years;

    • Erase page size: 1K; 20000 times erasing;

    • 2K-byte RAM.

    Programming

    • Support In-Application-Programming (IAP), support IAP protection;

    • Support In-System-Programming (ISP), only 5-pins are needed (including VDD/VSS);

    • Support software IP protection (MOVC instruction is forbidden);

    • Support page encryption, page size: 1K;

    • Support Parallel Programming Interface. 

    Power supply and Reset

    • Operating voltage: 1.8V~3.6V;

    • Built-in 1.8V MVR (main voltage regulator) and LPVR (low power voltage regulator);

    • Built-In Power-On-Reset (POR);

    • Built-In Low-Voltage-Reset (LVR) with 2 levels selectable: 1.6V, 1.7V;

    • Built-In Low-Voltage-Detect (LVD) with 16 levels selectable;

    • Built-in watchdog timer(WDT).

    System clock 

    • Built-In 20KHz low frequency Oscillator (RCL);

    • Built-In 16MHz high precision Oscillator (RCH);

    • CPU maximum operating frequency: 16MHz @ 1.8~3.6V;

    • Frequency division available with division factors1/2/4/8. 

    I/O

    • 27 I/O Ports in maximum;

    • 4 modes for each IO: floating input/pull-up input/push-pull output/open-drain output;

    • 2 levels sink current available at P1; 

    • Built-in large current driver TR, 2 levels sink current available: 200/250mA @VDD=3V, VOL=0.3V;

    • Polarity configurable Keyboard-Interrupt (KBI) wakeup interrupt at P0/P1/P2;

    • 4 channel polarity configurable external interrupt.

    Timer

    • 2 enhanced 16-bit timer T0/T1, compatible with conventional 51;

    • 1 timer T2 with capture function;

    • 1 CRT for carrier modulation and demodulation; 

    • 1 envelope generator T168; 

    • 1 PWM generator T8 and 4-channel PWM available. 

    Serial communication interface

    • 1 UART; 

    • 1 SPI; 

    • 1 I2C. 

    Analog

    • 1 rail-to-rail analog comparator, with 16-level internal reference voltage (voltage source selectable: VDD or reference voltage) .

    Support three low power operation Modes

    • Norma mode;

    • IDLE Mode;

    • STOP Mode,  ISTOP＜2uA @VDD=3V, TA=25°C.
