Work closely with analog power supply product engineers and participate in product definition; define power device characteristics and parameters according to product architecture;
Cooperate with the device product line and participate in product definition; define the characteristics and parameters of the discrete power device according to the product architecture;
Cooperate with TD engineers to design core power devices, simulate device characteristics, analyze and evaluate the tape-out results on the existing process platform,;
Cooperate with TD engineers to develop a new process platform for designing discrete power devices, simulating device characteristics, analysing and evaluating the tape-out results;
Design functional modules on the basis of power devices according to product requirements;
Collect product requirements met by continuously adjusting device parameters, and maintain device process platforms and power modules;
Perform device analysis on the failed product to locate the root cause of the failure.
Master degree or above in microelectronics, integrated circuit design related majors;
Good knowledge of circuit design for power devices (MOSFETs, IGBT, Rectifiers, JFET);
Familiar with DC-DC of power device; AC-DC application;
Good circuit analysis ability;
Good teamwork and communication skills;
Independent analysis ability and clear document expression ability.
